Ingredients:
- 3 g cardamom
- 4 g baking powder
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 450 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 400 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of butter at room temperature, divided into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 105℃ at a speed of 1 rotation.
