Ingredients:
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 250 g Lard
- 2 g salt
- 20 g butter
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 10 g Spirit (95% volume)
- 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 250 g Oil, rapeseed
- 150 g raspberry jam
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of flour, 20 grams of butter, 4 egg yolks, 100 grams of sour cream, 10 grams of spirit, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at a speed of 15 rotations.
