Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 20 g ginger root
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g Sesame seeds
- 600 g Salmon, raw
- 75 g teriyaki sauce
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scales and weigh 40 grams of sesame seeds. Set the bowl aside.
