Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g Sesame seeds
  • 600 g Salmon, raw
  • 75 g teriyaki sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scales and weigh 40 grams of sesame seeds. Set the bowl aside.
