Ingredients:

- 20 g hot sriracha sauce
- 3 g chili flakes
- 10 g Chives
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 120 g leek
- 30 g Oil, sesame
- 20 g Sesame seeds

- 400 g Salmon, raw
- 10 g Wasabi paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 120 grams of the white part of the leek cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Chop for another 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a small dish.
