Ingredients:

  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 20 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 3 g chili flakes
  • 10 g Chives
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 120 g leek
  • 30 g Oil, sesame
  • 20 g Sesame seeds
  • 20 g Sesame seeds
  • 400 g Salmon, raw
  • 10 g Wasabi paste

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120 grams of the white part of the leek cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Chop for another 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a small dish.
