Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 25 g spinach
  • 400 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 90 g celery
  • 20 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, and 1 garlic clove to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 20 grams of olive oil. Fry for 1 minute at 105°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
