Risbolle med laks is the inspiration for this dish, consisting of aromatic rice and fresh salmon. In this version, it makes a perfect snack or light main course, combining the taste of the sea with the simplicity of Scandinavian cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 15 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 140 g Avocado
  • 9 g salt
  • 30 g Sesame seeds
  • 300 g Salmon, raw
  • 125 g rice, jasmin
  • 25 g mayonnaise CVR
  • 50 g Kimchi
  • 3 g Nori

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a small bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl (without the measuring cup) and weigh 25 grams of mayonnaise. Set aside. In another bowl, weigh 15 grams of sriracha sauce and set aside. Prepare 1 sheet of nori and cut it into 5x10 cm pieces. Set aside.
