Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 2 g oregano
  • 4 g smoked paprika
  • 250 g grey shrimp
  • 2 g dried thyme
  • 250 g chorizo sausage
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 200 g Lemon
  • 30 g butter
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 150 g Sweetcorn
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g Potato, long stored
  • 250 g Rolls, french
  • 10 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 10 grams of fresh parsley leaves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Add 200 grams of chopped onion and 3 peeled cloves of garlic to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
