Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 2 g oregano
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 250 g grey shrimp
- 2 g dried thyme
- 250 g chorizo sausage
- 1 g chili flakes
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 200 g Lemon
- 30 g butter
- 10 g lemon juice
- 150 g Sweetcorn
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 250 g Rolls, french
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 10 grams of parsley leaves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Add 200 grams of finely chopped onion and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Use a spatula to scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl.
