Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 15 g garlic
  • 400 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 30 g honey
  • 600 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
  • 3 g Sea salt
  • 60 g Pasta miso
  • 40 g Mirin

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 60 grams of miso paste, 30 grams of honey, 40 grams of light soy sauce, and 40 grams of mirin to the bowl. Mix for 8 seconds at a speed of 7 rotations.
