Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 5 g coriander leaves
- 40 g soy sauce
- 15 g garlic
- 400 g broccoli, green, raw
- 30 g honey
- 600 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
- 3 g Sea salt
- 60 g Pasta miso
- 40 g Mirin
Method of cooking:
- Add 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 60 grams of miso paste, 30 grams of honey, 40 grams of light soy sauce, and 40 grams of mirin to the bowl. Mix for 8 seconds at a speed of 7 rotations.
