Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 3 g salt
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 1000 g Peas green, frozen

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add 25 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 3 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 3 reverse rotations.
