Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 3 g salt
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
- 25 g Oil, olive
- 1000 g Peas green, frozen
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add 25 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 3 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 3 reverse rotations.
