Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 1 g cumin seed
  • 1 g cayenne pepper
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 1000 g hokkaido
  • 5 g orange peel
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g orange juice 100%
  • 3 g Sea salt
  • 1 g Kolendra, nasiona

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the top and bottom heat function. Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of Hokkaido pumpkin (with skin, seeds removed), cut into 1.5 cm strips. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Rub the spices thoroughly into the pumpkin pieces. Transfer the contents of the bowl onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
