Ingredients:

  • 750 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 3 g coriander leaves
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 2 g cumin seed
  • 2 g ground ginger
  • 1 g cayenne pepper
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 1 g ground coriander
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 1 g salt
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Lentils red, dried
  • 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of peeled and chopped onion to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down with a spatula. Add 30 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 3 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
