Ingredients:
- 750 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 3 g coriander leaves
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 2 g cumin seed
- 2 g ground ginger
- 1 g cayenne pepper
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 1 g ground coriander
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 1 g salt
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Lentils red, dried
- 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of peeled and chopped onion to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down with a spatula. Add 30 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 3 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
