Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 100 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 25 g butter
- 50 g leek
- 100 g kohlrabi
- 25 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g Potato, long stored
- 100 g parsley root
- 500 g beef, cut
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces, 100 grams of peeled carrot cut into smaller pieces, 100 grams of peeled parsley root cut into smaller pieces, 50 grams of the white part of a leek cut into smaller pieces, and 100 grams of peeled kohlrabi cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to a bowl.
