Ingredients:

  • 750 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 400 g hokkaido
  • 50 g cashews
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 10 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces to a dry bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Add 10 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 2 minutes at 110°C.
