Ingredients:
- 750 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 10 g ginger root
- 400 g hokkaido
- 50 g cashews
- 3 g salt
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 10 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces to a dry bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Add 10 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Fry for 2 minutes at 110°C.
