Ertestuing is a traditional Norwegian dish prepared from cooked peas. Yellow peas (dried) are most often used, which become soft and creamy after cooking.

Ingredients:
- 950 g water
- 1 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 3 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 200 g Peas, dry seeds
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of peas and 600 grams of water. Set the bowl aside overnight to soak.
