Finnbiff
Finnbiff is a traditional Norwegian dish that delights with the intense taste of game meat and the creamy consistency of the sauce. The main ingredients are thinly sliced reindeer meat, fried in butter, and then stewed in a velvety cream sauce with the addition of juniper, mushrooms, and bacon.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g dried thyme
- 5 g juniper
- 250 g oyster mushroom
- 40 g goat cheese
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 150 g Cream, 18% fat
- 60 g Oil, olive
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 100 g Cream, 30% fat
- 150 g raw pork bacon
- 400 g Mięso z renifera
Method of cooking:
- Add 6 dried juniper berries to a dry bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 100 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
