  • 250 g water
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 30 g potato starch
  • 250 g oatmilk
  • 275 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of plant-based milk (for example, oat, soy, or almond) and 250 grams of mineral or filtered water to the mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Add 20 grams of oil.
