Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g Bread crumbs
  • 10 g Chives
  • 40 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g fat curd
  • 100 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 700 g Potato, boiled
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 80 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of onion, cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to another bowl.
