These hearty patties are made with potatoes, farmer’s cheese, and onions — inspired by the flavors of traditional Russian dumplings (“pierogi ruskie”).

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 50 g Bread crumbs
- 10 g Chives
- 40 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g fat curd
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 700 g Potato, boiled
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 80 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of onion, cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to another bowl.
