Ingredients:

  • 70 g Avocado
  • 20 g kale
  • 170 g Apple
  • 6 g lemon juice
  • 200 g Woda kokosowa

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 20 grams of kale leaves torn into smaller pieces, ½ ripe avocado cut into smaller pieces, 1 apple cut into smaller pieces, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 200 grams of coconut water to the bowl. Blend for 1 minute at a speed of 20 rotations.
