Ingredients:

- 15 g butter
- 200 g broccoli, green, raw
- 15 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cream, 30% fat
- 500 g Chicken, leg, with skin, without bone
- 40 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Cut the cleaned chicken thighs along the entire length to the bone, add salt and pepper and place them in the first layer of the steamer. Set aside. Clean 200 grams of broccoli, divide into florets or smaller parts, place in a bowl and set aside.
