  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 3 g vanilla pod
  • 105 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 20 g Bread crumbs
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 35 g Raisins, dried
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 150 g Plums without stones, frozen
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 200 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 35 g cranberry
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of milk, 30 grams of yeast, 100 grams of sugar, and the seeds scraped from 1 vanilla pod to the bowl. Heat for 6 minutes at 50°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
