Ingredients:

- 150 g powdered sugar
- 3 g vanilla pod
- 105 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 20 g Bread crumbs
- 100 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 35 g Raisins, dried
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 150 g Plums without stones, frozen
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 200 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 35 g cranberry
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 grams of milk, 30 grams of yeast, 100 grams of sugar, and the seeds scraped from 1 vanilla pod to the bowl. Heat for 6 minutes at 50°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
