- 7 g baking powder
- 2 g sodium bicarbonate
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 280 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 30 g Bread crumbs
- 240 g butter
- 420 g chicken eggs, whole
- 240 g Advocaat
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of wheat flour. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1½ teaspoons of baking soda. Mix well and set the bowl aside.
