  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 2 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 10 g vanilla extract
  • 280 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 30 g Bread crumbs
  • 240 g butter
  • 420 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 240 g Advocaat
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of wheat flour. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1½ teaspoons of baking soda. Mix well and set the bowl aside.
