Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 1 g marjoram
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 2 g smoked paprika
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 200 g pickled cucumbers
- 1000 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 16 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 250 g Pepper, red
- 200 g Pork, shoulder
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 200 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Rolls, french
- 200 g normal sausage
- 30 g tomato paste 30%, canned
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of smoked bacon cut into 1-2 cm cubes, 200 grams of chicken sausage sliced, and 200 grams of pork shoulder cut into 1-2 cm cubes. Fry the meats in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until lightly browned.
