Cobanac – Croatian goulash

Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 50 g broth paste - CVR
- 42 g sweet paprika
- 28 g hot paprika powder
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 120 g Lard
- 15 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 18 g salt
- 100 g Wine, red
- 400 g Pork, shoulder
- 100 g celery
- 150 g parsley root
- 400 g Wołowina, udziec
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of beef leg, cut into 4 cm strips. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid, reset the scale again, and weigh 400 grams of pork shoulder, cut into 4 cm strips. To each bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Rub the meat thoroughly with the spices.
