Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 42 g sweet paprika
  • 28 g hot paprika powder
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 120 g Lard
  • 15 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 18 g salt
  • 100 g Wine, red
  • 400 g Pork, shoulder
  • 100 g celery
  • 150 g parsley root
  • 400 g Wołowina, udziec

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of beef leg, cut into 4 cm strips. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid, reset the scale again, and weigh 400 grams of pork shoulder, cut into 4 cm strips. To each bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Rub the meat thoroughly with the spices.
