  • 30 g Bread crumbs
  • 110 g butter
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 40 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 180 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Chocolate, milk
  • 40 g Cocoa, powder
  • 450 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 180 grams of oil. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid, reset the scale, and weigh 280 grams of sugar. Set the bowl aside.
