  • 60 g oatmilk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 banana cut into pieces, 25 grams of oat flour, 30 grams of vegan protein, and 60 grams of oat milk to the bowl. Blend for 45 seconds at a speed of 5 rotations.
