Ingredients:
- 2000 g water
- 25 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 55 g butter
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 300 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 15 g Sesame seeds
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 55 grams of butter divided into smaller pieces to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 120°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations. Add 300 grams of milk, 25 grams of yeast, and 25 grams of sugar to the bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 45°C at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
