Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
  • 30 g thyme, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams (2 chicken breast fillets, 200 grams each). Add ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper to the bowl, and thoroughly rub the meat with the spices.
