Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 30 g thyme, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams (2 chicken breast fillets, 200 grams each). Add ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper to the bowl, and thoroughly rub the meat with the spices.
