Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 6 g salt
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 150 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 180 g spinach
  • 10 g Dill
  • 300 g Salmon, smoked
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 280 g Cheese spread natural
  • 195 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170℃ with the top and bottom heating function. Add 180 grams of spinach, 150 grams of milk, 5 eggs, 195 grams of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and ½ teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl. Blend for 30 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations. Attach the whisk and whip for 30 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations.
