  • 550 g soy sauce
  • 500 g sugar
  • 500 g white dry wine
  • 50 g corn starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of white wine, 550 grams of soy sauce and 500 grams of sugar. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 5.
