- 550 g soy sauce
- 25 g ginger root
- 500 g sugar
- 25 g garlic
- 500 g white dry wine
- 50 g corn starch
- 25 g chili paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 5 cloves of cleaned garlic, 25 grams of ginger and 25 grams of chili paste. Chop for 15 seconds on speed 10.
