  • 230 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 240 g banana
  • 250 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Attach the whisk. Add 230 grams of milk, 250 grams of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at a speed of 6 rotations. Leave the batter to rest in the bowl for 15 minutes.
