Ingredients:
- 16 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 5 g lime juice
- 50 g tapioca
- 200 g condensed coconut milk
- 140 g mango
- 200 g oatmilk
Method of cooking:
- Add 140 grams of peeled mango (without the pit), cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Blend for 20 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer the purée to a small bowl and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
