Ingredients:

  • 16 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 5 g lime juice
  • 50 g tapioca
  • 200 g condensed coconut milk
  • 140 g mango
  • 200 g oatmilk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 140 grams of peeled mango (without the pit), cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Blend for 20 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer the purée to a small bowl and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
