Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 50 g vinegar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 20 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 50 g fish sauce
  • 5 g chili paste

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of water, 50 grams of vinegar, 50 grams of sugar, 30 grams of lemon juice and 50 grams of fish sauce to the container. Cook for 3 minutes at a temperature of 105 °C on speed 5.
