Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 70 g extra virgin oil
  • 250 g arborio rice
  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 100 g Cheese, Parmezan

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of peeled and chopped shallots and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Scrape the sides with a spatula to the bottom of the bowl. Add 70 grams of olive oil. Fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 130℃ at reverse speed 3.
