Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 6 g marjoram
- 8 g sweet paprika
- 8 g smoked paprika
- 30 g Horseradish, raw
- 20 g sugar
- 83 g salt
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 32 g gelatine
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 50 g mayonnaise CVR
- 500 g beef broth
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, tare the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of pork loin. Set the bowl aside.
