Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 8 g sweet paprika
  • 8 g smoked paprika
  • 30 g Horseradish, raw
  • 20 g sugar
  • 83 g salt
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 32 g gelatine
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
  • 50 g mayonnaise CVR
  • 500 g beef broth

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, tare the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of pork loin. Set the bowl aside.
