Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 90 g soy sauce
- 20 g ginger root
- 10 g lime juice
- 25 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 30 g Oil, sesame
- 60 g honey
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 25 g chili paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of peeled ginger and 5 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
