Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g garlic
  • 500 g Carrot
  • 9 g salt
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 130 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g honey
  • 30 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 40 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the top and bottom heating function. Place a bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of peeled carrots cut lengthwise into quarters.
