Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 1400 g Pepper, red
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 30 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 20 g apple cider vinegar

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the top and bottom heating function. Arrange 7 red bell peppers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast for about 40 minutes.
