Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 1400 g Pepper, red
- 150 g Oil, olive
- 30 g cheese, “Feta”
- 20 g parsley leaves
- 20 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C with the top and bottom heating function. Arrange 7 red bell peppers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast for about 40 minutes.
