Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 1 g chili powder
- 50 g pomegranate
- 5 g agave syrup
- 3 g salt
- 12 g lemon juice
- 1100 g Cabbage, red
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 35 g Apricots, dried
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 40 g mayonnaise CVR
Method of cooking:
- Add 400 grams of red cabbage, cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 9 rotations. Transfer to a bowl. Add another 400 grams of red cabbage, cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 9 rotations. Transfer to the same bowl. Add 300 grams of red cabbage, cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 9 rotations. Transfer to the bowl with cabbage and sprinkle with 1 pinch of salt. Add 15 grams of parsley, cut into 3 cm pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Transfer to the bowl with the cabbage.
