Spicy cucumber and feta salad with ricotta

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 4 g lemon peel
- 120 g ricotta cheese
- 1 g oregano
- 2 g chili flakes
- 800 g Cucumber
- 23 g salt
- 15 g Chives
- 80 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 12 g honey
- 20 g Dill
- 4 g Sesame seeds
- 120 g cheese, “Feta”
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 g Kumin, mielony
Method of cooking:
- Toast 3 tablespoons of pine nuts in a dry pan until golden. Cut 3 cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, then slice each quarter crosswise into three pieces. Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and mix well. Set aside for 20 minutes. In the meantime, continue with the next steps.
