Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 4 g lemon peel
  • 120 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 g oregano
  • 2 g chili flakes
  • 800 g Cucumber
  • 23 g salt
  • 15 g Chives
  • 80 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 10 g Oil, olive
  • 12 g honey
  • 20 g Dill
  • 4 g Sesame seeds
  • 120 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 2 g Kumin, mielony

Method of cooking:

  1. Toast 3 tablespoons of pine nuts in a dry pan until golden. Cut 3 cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, then slice each quarter crosswise into three pieces. Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and mix well. Set aside for 20 minutes. In the meantime, continue with the next steps.
