Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g bay leaf
- 120 g red onion
- 100 g sugar
- 5 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 3 g pepper balls
- 100 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Cut 2 red onions into thin slices (feathers) and transfer to a jar with a capacity of approx. 300 ml. Add 1 peeled garlic clove to the jar.
