Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 120 g red onion
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 3 g pepper balls
  • 100 g apple cider vinegar

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut 2 red onions into thin slices (feathers) and transfer to a jar with a capacity of approx. 300 ml. Add 1 peeled garlic clove to the jar.
