Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 5 g salt
  • 270 g Rice white polished
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g avocado paste CVR

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 grams of parmesan cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 16. Transfer the Parmesan to a bowl and set aside.
