Ingredients:
- 400 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g shallots
- 5 g salt
- 270 g Rice white polished
- 50 g butter
- 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 200 g avocado paste CVR
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 grams of parmesan cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 16. Transfer the Parmesan to a bowl and set aside.
