Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 15 g extra virgin oil
- 40 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g Avocado
- 2 g salt
- 160 g straciatella
- 350 g bread, white, toasted
Method of cooking:
- Dry-fry the bread slices in a pan, grill or in the oven until golden.
