- 100 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 10 g hot chili pepper
- 80 g extra virgin oil
- 50 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 5 g salt
- 100 g white dry wine
- 250 g tiger prawns
- 500 g tomato paste
- 167 g Octopus (Alaska Native)
- 250 g mussels
- 100 g bread, white, toasted
- 167 g squid
- 167 g cuttlefish
- 250 g clams
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of cleaned white onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds on speed 8.
