  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g hot chili pepper
  • 80 g extra virgin oil
  • 50 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 5 g salt
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 250 g tiger prawns
  • 500 g tomato paste
  • 167 g Octopus (Alaska Native)
  • 250 g mussels
  • 100 g bread, white, toasted
  • 167 g squid
  • 167 g cuttlefish
  • 250 g clams

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of cleaned white onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds on speed 8.
