Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 5 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g lemon juice
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 120 g Celeriac
  • 120 g Potato, long stored
  • 5 g parsley leaves
  • 800 g Octopus (Alaska Native)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of water, 800 grams of washed and cleaned octopus, ½ cleaned clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley to the bowl.
