Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 5 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 15 g lemon juice
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 120 g Celeriac
- 120 g Potato, long stored
- 5 g parsley leaves
- 800 g Octopus (Alaska Native)
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of water, 800 grams of washed and cleaned octopus, ½ cleaned clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley to the bowl.
