Ingredients:
- 240 g sugar, brown
- 2 g ground cinnamom
- 6 g baking powder
- 8 g vanilla extract
- 30 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 120 g butter
- 10 g lemon juice
- 1000 g rhubarb
- 120 g almonds, sweet
- 10 g potato starch
- 150 g cream, 30% fat
- 120 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, tare the scale, and weigh 120 grams of almonds. Spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 8 minutes. Leave to cool.
