- 500 g mascarpone
- 5 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 355 g sugar
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 80 g mango
- 200 g peach
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 180 g chicken egg whites
- 25 g potato starch
- 20 g Ananas liofilizowany
- 20 g Mango liofilizowane
Method of cooking:
- Place a small bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, tare the scale, and weigh 20 grams of freeze-dried pineapple.
