Ingredients:
- 190 g powdered sugar
- 50 g cream 36%
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 20 g rum
- 270 g butter
- 140 g walnuts
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 100 g Chocolate, bitter
- 20 g Cocoa, powder
- 40 g Strawberries jam, low-sugar
- 200 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of whole dry walnuts to the bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 11 rotations. Use the spatula to scrape the nuts from the sides.
