Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground cinnamom
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 32 g vanilla sugar
  • 350 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 175 g walnuts
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 175 grams of whole dry walnuts to the bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 11 rotations. Use a spatula to scrape the nuts from the sides.
