Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g turmeric, ground
  • 130 g ginger root
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 600 g Orange
  • 25 g honey

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup. Reset the scale and weigh 130 grams of ginger. Set the bowl aside.
