- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 2 g turmeric, ground
- 130 g ginger root
- 100 g Lemon
- 600 g Orange
- 25 g honey
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup. Reset the scale and weigh 130 grams of ginger. Set the bowl aside.
